The Cloquet House of Prayer (CHOP) was founded in 2012. It is an expression of community wide prayer between five churches and several para-church ministries. Prayer  is held in homes across the city each Monday evening.  One Monday a month they gather at a church for a night of prayer and worship.

This city wide collaboration has spawned an annual one day music festival called Wood City Music Festival and the beginnings of a local school of worship.
